Burn Rate
Burn Rate - book by Andy Dunn, founder of Bonobos

I started reading a new book this week - "Burn Rate" by Andy Dunn, cofounder of Bonobos...supposedly one of the first DTC clothing brands. It's very similar to "A Truck Full of Money" by Paul English, cofounder of Kayak. I'm only about 1/3 of the way in but pretty good so far - I seem to be drawn to these stories. They both have bipolar disorder and both seem to view it as both a blessing and a curse. They both had cofounders which although neither books outright say it, it seems that they are alluding to that the cofounder had more of a part in determining the vision and idea of the company while English and Dunn executed. Don't know if that's true or not but just the sense I got from reading it. I suppose it makes sense that many entrepreneurs would have bipolar disorder. They tend to be crazy, tortured souls. Since the late 1990's, it seems like society has idolized entrepreneurs and put them up on a pedestal. Objectively, I'm not sure if they are the best role models for society as a whole.
